I’m a licensed counselor passionate about helping overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected women reclaim their lives!
I use the power of neuroscience, clinical insights, and practical tools to help you reconnect to inner wisdom, realign with what matters most, and reignite a full and flourishing life.
After sitting with countless women in my clinical practice, I started to notice a theme: women who were over-functioning, worn out, disconnected, and feeling stuck.
This resonated so deeply for me because I’ve been there more times than I can count. But I didn’t have to stay there, and neither do you!
My goal is to help you better understand your body, emotions, and needs, as well as your dreams and desires. I will offer you tangible strategies to help you break old patterns keeping you stuck in unhealthy cycles.
I believe you have everything you need to experience the peace you’re desperately craving, and I’m here to help you access it!
